Ingredients

• 50mL ODK Mango Fruit Puree
• 120mL whole or plant-based milk (cold)
• 15g Orsadrinks UBE Blend
• 25mL whole or plant-based milk (for frothing)

Pour the ODK Mango Fruit Puree into the glass and add ice.
Gently pour in the cold milk so that it doesn’t mix with the puree.
Froth the milk and mix it with the Blend.
Gently pour the UBE foam on top to create the fi nal layer.
