Ingredients
- 25mL ODK Panettone Syrup
- 45mL Brandy
- 30mL Vermouth
- 40mL double Espresso
Heat the syrup and the brandy in a bain-marie
Put in another glass the double espresso and the vermouth
Blazer technique for the brandy and syrup, then gently add the double espresso and the vermouth
Garnish with panettone
