Quality and Certifications
Orsadrinks has voluntarily decided to put its maximum effort into achieving some of the most significant internationally recognized certifications, with the aim of ensuring maximum satisfaction regarding the quality of its products, but also the food safety and sustainable management of its production process.
Continuous improvement is our main goal. As a result, we have implemented an integrated management system in our organization, dealing in particular with the aspects of food safety, quality and environment, as we strongly believe in the importance of ensuring the complete compliance of our activities with the stakeholders’ needs.
UNI EN ISO 14001 provides a management framework for the integration of environmental management practices, pursuing environmental protection, pollution prevention, as well as the reduction of energy and resource consumption.Orsadrinks obtained the UNI EN ISO 14000 environmental certification in 2023 through the independent external institution CSQA, in orderto once again demonstrate its respect for the environment and its growing commitment to reducing consumption of valuable environmental resources.
Orsadrinks obtained in 2022 the Codex Alimentarius CAC/RCP 1-1969 “General principles of food hygiene” standard, the document for ensuring the protection of public health from hazards in food and promoting international food trade through globally harmonized Food Safety Management System requirements. The standard is based on Hazard Analysis and Control of Critical Points (HACCP), which involves the identification, evaluation and control of specific hazards in order to ensure food safety. The controls described in the General Principles are internationally recognized as essential to ensure the safety and suitability of food for consumption.
Religious dietary dictates
Orsadrinks also pays utmost attention to the respect of dietary needs, related to the different cultures and religions.
With this in mind, we are proud to have obtained and continue to maintain the Halal and Kosher certificates, since 2020.
Through adherence to these standards, customers are informed about our full compliance with the regulations related not only to religion, but also to hygiene, food safety and animal welfare.
