Ingredients

• 50mL Gin (flavored with maritime botanicals)
• 25mL Dry Vermouth

Flavored foam:

• 3 drops of Stillabunt Supersour
• 2 drops of Stillabunt Magic Velvet,
• 2 drops of Caper Brine
• 5mL Martini
• 20mL Water

A Martini cocktail inspired by the sea, with salinity and acidity added by Supersour and a touch of caper essence to complement the botanicals of the gin and vermouth. Its appearance resembles clear sea water, topped with the foam of the waves.
