The ODK Fruit Puree line is a range of natural fruit purees, made from 100% fruit: carefully selected fruit and fruit sugars only, for an authentic and powerful taste. Our Fruit Purees are expertly sweetened with only sugars from fruit, in order to impart a boost of sweeteness to enhance the natural flavor profile of each fruit, for a real explosion of taste.
We select only premium quality fruit, perfectly ripe, which is then processed in the shortest possible time, in order to keep all the characteristics of the freshly picked fruit.
We carefully source the best fruit varieties to ensure the best color, aroma profile and texture: this guarantees a product as close as possible to the fresh fruit itself.
ODK Fruit Puree are packed into mouldable pouches with side spout, making it easy to use for pouring the perfect amount of product. Moreover, they are intended to be stored at room temperature, making it extra easy for professionals to store and preserve them.
