Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- 15ml ODK Lemon Juice 100% NFC
- 15ml ODK Lime Juice 100% NFC
- 20ml ODK White Sugar Syrup
- 1 egg white (or a few drops of Stillabunt Magic Velvet)
- 30ml Heavy cream
Shake with ice until the ice has dissolved
Pour a little bit of sparkling water into a glass
Fine strain in intervals
Pinch a hole with a straw and add sparkling water
Express an orange zest over the drink
