  • Ice cubes
  • 10mL ODK Yuzu Syrup
  • 20mL ODK Pineapple Syrup
  • 60mL Jasmine tea

Top with soda

 

Matcha mousse preparation:

  • 2g Jasmine tea leaves
  • 200mL water (90° C)
  • 50mL light cream
  • 15mL ODK Matcha Tea Syrup

High speed whisk to stiff, add 10 mL milk and Mix

Add matcha mousse and garnish with ODK Dried Pineapple
