MANGO STICKY RICE COFFEE

Ingredients

Coconut cloud:

  • 180mL Rice cream

  • 45mL ODK Coconut Syrup

  • 1 pinch salt

Charge siphon with N2, shake and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes

  • Add 60mL Mango Juice
  • Add 30mL Cold brew espresso

Garnish and serve
