- 20mL ODK Pineapple Syrup
- 60mL Jasmine tea

- 2g Jasmine tea leaves
- 200mL water (90° C)
- 50mL light cream
- 15mL ODK Matcha Tea Syrup
High speed whisk to stiff, add 10 mL milk and Mix
Add matcha mousse and garnish with ODK Dried Pineapple
